Hey Sunday Family,

Real talk — emotional boundaries aren’t about being distant; they’re about being discerning. Out of the heart flow the issues of life, which means everything you do — the words you speak, the love you give, and the peace you protect — begins within.

If your heart isn’t at peace, nothing flowing from you will be peaceful. Boundaries protect that peace. They filter what gets access to your inner life so you don’t carry what God never asked you to.

This week, ask yourself:

“What’s been entering my heart that doesn’t belong there?”

Start small. Step back when conversations drain you. Pause before responding out of emotion. Guarding your heart is not rejection — it’s obedience.

Proverbs 4:23 — “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.”

Peace isn’t passive; it’s protected.

With care and clarity,
